REGULAR CONDITIONS OF PROBATION (G.S. 15A-1343(b))
These are standard conditions that apply to virtually all probation sentences. Check all that the court orders to apply. Courts typically impose all applicable regular conditions.

Special conditions must be directly related to the offense or to the rehabilitation of the defendant. Check and complete all that apply.

VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES
- CRV — Confinement in Response to Violation — up to 90 days active; not a revocation (G.S. 15A-1344(d2))
- After CRV, probation continues with remaining time
- Judge may revoke probation and activate suspended sentence for willful violations
- New criminal offense while on probation is automatic revocation ground
- Absconding (leaving jurisdiction without permission) is a separate revocation ground
KEY RULES
- Felony probation: up to 5 years (G.S. 15A-1342(a))
- Misdemeanor probation: up to 3 years
- Special conditions must relate to the offense or rehabilitation
- DNA sample required for any felony conviction (G.S. 15A-266.4)
- Supervision fee: $40/month standard (G.S. 15A-1343(b)(8a))
- Court may waive supervision fee for indigent defendants
