FILING REQUIREMENTS
- Inventory must be filed within 90 days of appointment as guardian of the estate
- File with the Clerk of Superior Court in the county where the guardianship is pending
- The Clerk reviews the inventory and may require additional information
- Use estimated fair market values as of the date of appointment
- Attach supporting documentation (bank statements, appraisals) to the filing

- All real property owned by the ward anywhere
- All bank accounts, CDs, money market accounts
- Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, retirement accounts
- Vehicles, jewelry, and personal property of value
- Business interests, partnerships, LLCs
