2. I have completed all terms of probation, supervision, and any other requirements of my disposition.
All terms must be completed before filing.
3. I have no new delinquency adjudications or criminal convictions since the adjudication(s) listed above.
Any new adjudication or conviction disqualifies this petition.
4. None of the offenses listed above were Class A, B1, B2, C, D, or E felony-level adjudications.
Class A–E felony adjudications are not eligible for expunction under G.S. 7B-3200(c).
5. I am not currently required to register as a sex offender under G.S. Chapter 14, Article 27A.
Sex offender registrants are not eligible for expunction under G.S. 7B-3200(d).
