EXPERT NOTICE — KEY RULES
- Defense must provide notice of expert witnesses under G.S. 15A-903(a)(2)
- Notice must include name, credentials, and subject matter
- Daubert-style standard applies in NC: N.C.R. Evid. 702(a)
- Expert must be qualified by knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education
- File early — late notice can result in exclusion
