- Available when a drug charge was dismissed after defendant successfully completed a drug diversion program, drug court, or deferred prosecution under G.S. 90-113.14
- Must not have a prior conviction under Chapter 90 (before or after this offense)
- Only one expunction permitted under this statute
- This is different from G.S. 15A-146 (simple dismissal — no program required)
- Attach the dismissal order and program completion certificate to the petition
- Also attach proof of probation completion if applicable
